The name Perspective Joinery + Construction derives from a builder’s perspective on the multiple and often conflicting standards by which his labours are judged.
In the new build sector, the race is on to achieve level 6 of the Government’s Code for Sustainable Homes. In the refurbishment sector, every listed building is affected by English Heritage’s rejection of Part L. Kitchen extensions are often a homeowner’s reach for the grandeur afforded by space, glass and timber; whilst ‘home improvement’ tends to be understood as the application of UPVC. For a multi-skilled designer-contractor active in all of these areas, listening to the client’s perspective is as important as the specification and detailing.
